You leave the appointment with a written, itemized quote and a realistic start date. Free, no obligation, no high-pressure sales.
What kinds of demolition do you handle?
Interior demolition is our specialty: full residential gut-outs, kitchen and bath tear-outs, selective demo for renovations, and commercial interior strip-outs (offices, retail, restaurants, warehouses). We also handle debris haul-away on its own — including post-construction clean-outs and large-volume junk removal.
How fast can you actually start?
For straightforward residential demos we routinely offer same-day or next-day starts when our calendar allows it. For larger commercial jobs requiring permits or specialized dumpster scheduling, expect 3–7 days from quote approval. Your assessment will give you an exact start date in writing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and carrying general liability and workers' comp coverage that meets or exceeds typical Philly GC requirements. We can provide certificates of insurance to your project manager or building owner before we mobilize.
Do you handle debris removal and clean-up?
Always. Debris haul-away is built into every demolition quote — we don't leave you with a pile to deal with. Trucks and dumpsters are scheduled for the same window as the demo so the site stays clear and your next trade can start without delay.
What about asbestos, lead paint, or hazardous materials?
If suspect materials are present, we flag them at the assessment and either coordinate certified abatement or refer you to a trusted abatement partner before demo begins. We will never demo through known hazardous material — your safety and our license depend on it.
Will I get a fixed price or an hourly estimate?
Fixed, written, itemized — every time. Hourly demo quotes are how clients get burned. The only time pricing changes mid-job is if you add scope after we've started (e.g., "while you're here, can you also pull out this wall"), and you'll always approve any change in writing first.
